Gently lather a small amount of cleanser in moistened hands and apply to dampened face and throat. Rinse with warm water.  Follow with toner or soothing mist spray followed by moisturiser.

Squeeze a small amount onto a wash cloth or hands. Work into a lather over the entire body and rinse. May also be added directly into running water for a refreshing bath soak.
